Very disappointed with the May Fair this visit. My last trip to London, I had a marvelous time in the cigar bar. It was warm, well ventilated, with excellent service. Decent cigar list, good cocktails, not ridiculously expensive. This time, I called a bit after 5pm and asked if I needed a booking or could I just walk in if I arrived before 5:30pm. Love love love this place. I was lucky enough to be invited for a networking event a few nights ago. What can I say from the moment I arrived, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Would love to come...more
Just love this place, the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Such an adorable hotel in a great location. Was able to get around fairly easily to see all the sights.
Staff was extremely friendly, especially in the bar and restaurant. I loved that there was a drug store just across the street for anything you've forgotten.
The rooms were really bright and pretty and the bathroom was gorgeous. For some reason I failed to take pictures but it was...more

For the cost I don't think it's worth it, I would have stayed elsewhere, but it fit the bill and they did a good job. The breakfast, which was included was decent, but nothing to write home about. The bar was okay as well, stopped for a drink one...more
