Not too excited about this hotel. Beds are very uncomfortable. Sheets are scratchy. Carpet in the room is dirty. My curtains are falling off the curtain rod making it unable for me to open or close them. The bathroom has zero counter space. The shower looks like it is about to fall apart. The TV in the room is nice, but does not get many channels. There is a desk area with plug-ins. A...more

Great location. Rooms need new carpeting, has a 70s feel. Makes you not want to walk barefoot. Other than the train noise, the worst part for a weary traveller is the pillow situation. The location, for starters, was pretty great. When I first looked it up on the map it seemed far from central London, but it ended up being in a really great walkable neighborhood. We were close to the tube, a couple grocery stores, plenty of good pubs and a bunch of great museums. Plus it was only a...more

the room is REALLY small! i hurt my ankle when i tried to step into the shower tub, my leg was banging agains the toilet bowl, almost no room to moves. Same with the bed room, i kept banging my legs everywhere i walked, no room to move at all. the only good side is it's near the subway station, that's about it. if you need to exchange money, DO NOT exchange with them, they charged like extra...more
