I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. We came into the Uk on Thursday morning and arrived at the hotel at about 11am. Even though check-in was at 2pm, our room was already ready for us, which was a

Small hotel with friendly staff - the rooms are actually pretty nice, but unbelievably small. If you are okay with being crammed in a tight space, then it is manageable.

First time staying at this small, posh hotel. The desk staff were very patient with all my questions and had pleasant attitudes. There is a computer in the lobby where you can check email and such. Nice little restaurant where my group and I had a nice breakfast one morning. Also small bar area where you can order drinks and snacks to have in the lobby.
Hotel is located in a quaint area...more

Staff was moderately helpful, but seemed annoyed by the Americans. Nice tv on the wall... And a nice bathroom. The actual room area though... Just so small. Maybe I'm not used to the vibe around these...more
