This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The internet, which you have to pay for, sucks, if you want to come here and try to work or communicate with family DON'T.

The connection is lost every time you move your computer or phone within 3 feet of where you were signed in. The breakfast, which you pay for, is awful, The staff know NOTHING and are not helpful. I asked for assistance...more

I would say 2 stars

I moved rooms because I was near elevator which was noisy, and the toilet didn't work! I had over 4 different people come to my door stating I was supposed to check out- apparently when they switched my room they didn't move along the check out date!

No fans, no ac no heat

No toiletries other than the body wash. Toilet paper is rough, the tubs are very slippery- no tub Mat...more

A 7/8th scale pit. The rooms are too small, even by European standards. I could touch the ceiling. The hotel was maintained very poorly. The carpet looked 30 years old except the patches of new carpet. There's no noise isolation so you hear everything in the halls and the neighboring rooms.

What's to like? Proximity to King's Cross and it did not feel unsafe.

Plenty of better choices in...more

Located within a 10 minute walk from King's Cross St. Pancras this Travelodge isn't too bad.

The lady on check in was really helpful; she was friendly and polite and smiling which made us feel incredibly welcome.

The room was Travelodge standard but clean and warm.

Despite being located on a busy London street it wasn't overly noisy which is always a bonus for a good night's sleep.

Literally the worst travelodge in London.

Whilst the staff are completely average, the facilities are thoroughly substandard. Minus a bit.more
