The connection is lost every time you move your computer or phone within 3 feet of where you were signed in. The breakfast, which you pay for, is awful, The staff know NOTHING and are not helpful. I asked for assistance...more

I moved rooms because I was near elevator which was noisy, and the toilet didn't work! I had over 4 different people come to my door stating I was supposed to check out- apparently when they switched my room they didn't move along the check out date!
No fans, no ac no heat
No toiletries other than the body wash. Toilet paper is rough, the tubs are very slippery- no tub Mat...more

Room was hot in August, but a fan was provided which made it comfortable. Provided instant coffee and tea with a kettle was nice.Computer terminals in reception area are slow and unstable... the flight...more
