This place is okay.
As with most European hotels, the rooms were small. But this seemed smaller than expected. The shower head positioner was not working properly and so we had to duck down to take showers. A personal pet peeve of mine is 2-1 shampoo and body wash, which was the only option for either hair or body (bring your own if you're the same). There was no outlet near any mirrors...more

Very nice, well heeled area of London
Very nicely appointed room, big comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom although a bit plasticky; plenty of toiletries, big TV with lots of channels.
Room service looks nice and prices pretty good for a hotel.
My room was nice but faced onto Queens Gate, which was noisy
