We were so happy to discover the Station hotel when we moved in Hither Green.

For the past 2 years I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and never was disappointed. They have a very large menu with boards to share, amazing pizzas, traditional pub food, gastropub dishes, cocktails, large selection of beer.

They now have hotel rooms upstairs and do brunch on week end.

One of the best outside smoking rooms where you can sit and write in a well lit, heated, and (not that windy, given there is a storm) shielded selection of alcoves. Good Guinness, nice selection of whiskey to chase.

What can I say? FINALLY a local that our neighborhood can be proud of!!!! The Station Hotel opened a few months back and now we have a spot to go to whenever we fancy a pint or a decent meal. With the food, I have had hit and miss experiences but never anything horrible. The staff are super friendly and the mix of people is great.
