Most reviews will say this hotel is "tired" looking and it is. But dated looking and dirty is a poor combination. I stayed here for 1 week and felt the hotel was dirty, poorly staffed, saw prostitutes come though various hours of the day and got bug bites that hotel manager did not address. I will not stay here again nor would recommend it to anyone.more

Hotel staff very uncooperative and we think they are covering it up. Had to be a member of the staff that robbed us. Police are investigating but hotel wiped down finger prints...more

I hadn't been to London for years, fancied a cheapish weekend there & found a coach trip which was within budget and used this hotel as its base. I'd read reviews on here & other sites so requested an upper floor room & kept my fingers crossed. I was staying half board.

The main foyer is grand and the style of rooms are dated so let's call them shabby chic. I've no complaints about my room...more
