Hotel is in an amazing location, right by Victoria so very easy to travel and sight see. Hotel is clean and has a modern American feel. Breakfast has a large amount of options to choose from. Now for the cons, the rooms are SMALL. I understand were in London but our bed is legitimately against the wall with only one night stand. There is very little room to walk around. The room looks nothing...more

We had saved up a ton of Hilton points and stayed here for free, which was really nice given the expensive rates for hotels in London! I would recommend...more

Friendly and polite staff but, c'mon £15 a day for in room wi-fi?!? For the price you pay, it should have been included. In 2014 who doesn't offer this service. The breakfast was also exorbitantly expensive at £18 for an English. If you must stay here, skip the breakfast and go to the prince of Wales down the street for a real breakfast.

Bottom line, nice accommodations, but the tiny perks...more

Book online via afternoonteaonline.com and save 40% at this location. Instead of 20.50 GBP it's 12.30GBP! Steal of a deal.

Never had afternoon tea before but was looking for something reasonably priced. Found this online booking discount and was glad I tried it. Yea it's not cuter than one of the local vintage/antique tea shops but the food was decent and tea endless. The scows were a bit...more
