This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! It is classy and very upscale. The location is prime- right across from the British museum. It is also in a very upscale safe area of London. The staff is professionally dressed and ready to assist you with any need. The hotel delivered a beautiful fruit and pastry tray to the room for my birthday. The room was beautifully decorated and...more
Amazing hotel in London. Customer service was fantastic-everyone who worked there was very friendly. The downstairs bar area was great after a long day of sightseeing. We went around Christmas time and the decorations were just gorgeous. Will always go back to this hotel-love!!more

If you're here on a corporate stay/business trip they pay extra attention to the details. I was greeted with cupcakes...more
