Just stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff and service is amazing. Amazing hotel in London. Customer service was fantastic-everyone who worked there was very friendly. The downstairs bar area was great after a long day of sightseeing. We went around Christmas time and the decorations were just gorgeous. Will always go back to this hotel-love!!more

If you're here on a corporate stay/business trip they pay extra attention to the details. I was greeted with cupcakes...more

Quiet and convenient location (right by the Russell Square stop off the Piccadilly Line), very good service all around, and nice extra touches for the nights I was there (biscuits one night, a little sprayer of essential aromatics the next). I understand many hotels in London are small, as are lifts, so I don't fault them for it, but my single room barely fit my bag along with me and the...more
