We booked our vacation through Costco Travel and Montague on the Gardens was the most affordable hotel option that they offered in this very expensive city. It was very quaint and charming. The staff is professionally dressed and ready to assist you with any need. The hotel delivered a beautiful fruit and pastry tray to the room for my birthday. The room was beautifully decorated and...more

Amazing hotel in London. Customer service was fantastic-everyone who worked there was very friendly. The downstairs bar area was great after a long day of sightseeing. We went around Christmas time and the decorations were just gorgeous. Will always go back to this hotel-love!!more

The hotel itself is a bit dated (grandma's foyer) but it adds to the charm if you're looking for something very British. I had some lovely pastries waiting for me in my room (Bea's too!).

If you're here on a corporate stay/business trip they pay extra attention to the details. I was greeted with cupcakes...more
