Just stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff and service is amazing. The room wasn't as big as I thought it would be and had to pay for valet parking (£28 for 24 hours) but I suppose we are in London. The food was fantastic and would come back again. I'm from Manchester so used to bigger and cheaper. Overall a great place to stay in a more peaceful and relaxed part...more
Amazing hotel in London. Customer service was fantastic-everyone who worked there was very friendly. The downstairs bar area was great after a long day of sightseeing. We went around Christmas time and the decorations were just gorgeous. Will always go back to this hotel-love!!more

If you're here on a corporate stay/business trip they pay extra attention to the details. I was greeted with cupcakes...more

I understand many hotels in London are small, as are lifts, so I don't fault them for it, but my single room barely fit my bag along with me and the...more
