If you like staying a bit on the outskirts of the hub-bub (which we do) in a lovely, posh, well appointed hotel with a cozy yet trendy nook for noshing or drinks - this is it!

Warm, friendly staff... a wonderful breakfast...close enough to wander through neighborhoods OR the high streets, or simply hop on the tube or bus (depending on your prefered mode of travel)

As a newly refurbished building throughout, the hotel has done a great job at exploiting its environment with some lovely touches in terms of fixtures and fittings. The...more

This opened recently in place of the Barkston Garden Hotel. It's a boutique hotel, and is very modern and posh inside. They renovated the building and the decor is nice and the hotel is very clean.

We arrived there and our rooms were ready, but we ran into a snag. The hotel advertises rooms with king-sized beds, as well as rooms with two double beds. We were under the impression that we...more
