1. Kind, Friendly, Gracious Staff. They make every experience enjoyable.

This is what would be considered a boutique hotel. There are 6 floors and about 40 rooms. There is a very small but pleasant reception lobby. The staff is very friendly, courteous and helpful. a wonderful boutique hotel conveniently located near 3 tube stops. easy access to south bank and Spitalfields market. this is a quiet neighborhood and my 6th floor room had a view of tower bridge. the free mini bar is a great amenity- restocked with biscuits, sparkling water, juice, soda, chocolate and espresso each day. another bonus is the large bathroom. sometimes hard to find in Europe.more
I was in London last week for a conference and stayed at the Indigo Tower Hill instead of the Doubletree which was the conference hotel. Nothing wrong with the Doubletree, but I wanted something a bit more stylish, smaller, boutique-y.
