Amazing room! Clean and spacious with the finest in-suite amenities - a few of my favorites include the espresso maker, rain shower, and fine bath products. The bed is comfortable. The service and hospital have been top notch! The in-suite dining was also very good. Although perhaps not my most favorite location in London, I would return simply for the pleasure of enjoying this hotel.more

I stayed again here in October of 2012 and WOW what a difference. The manager who had not treated me with the nicest behavior was there and treated me very kindly. The room was in excellent shape, we were treated VERY nicely and the overall experience was terriific. Would definitely be back and really had a much different experience this time around.more

Even the food was good for a big event, but................once you were inside you could have been anywhere. Chelsea Harbour? Maidstone Travelodge? Who's to say? Pretty on the outside, boring in the middle. A bit like myself, now I come to think of...more

I wish I could afford to stay at the Wyndham Grand (used to be called Conrad Hotel). As it is, my visits have been limited to breakfast (which is excellent - continental buffet style), or just coffee while enjoying the spectacular view across Chelsea Harbour.

Service is impeccable but not too overwhelming, and you really feel special. A lot of celebrities stay here as it's more low-key and...more
