The Crowne Plaza London – St James, is a traditional deluxe four star hotel in central London. Moments from Buckingham Palace, The Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and Victoria Station, the hotel could not be better positioned for your business and leisure needs.
The hotel hosts three excellent restaurants and two bars. The Michelin Star Quilon serves south-west coastal Indian cuisine, the Bistro 51 menu is a range of international classics and Bank Westminster offers a modern British fusion menu. The Hamptons Bar is perfect for cocktails, light snacks and afternoon tea and Zander Bar is one of the longest bar in the UK and was The Evening Standard’s Bar of the Year.
In the warmer months London’s most hidden gem the Courtyard at 51 emerges from its winter slumber. With the world’s longest Shakespearean frieze, the Courtyard at 51 is the perfect place to sip cocktails, champagne and host events.

I visited the spa at the Taj Hotel yesterday (LA SULTANE DE SABA), as it was my birthday and I was given a massage as part of my gift. Here are my thoughts:
Service is excellent. Everybody, including the masseuse, was unbelievably nice. While I didn't appreciate the upsell at the end of my massage, I will say the massage itself was pretty good - about a 7/10.

Just down the street from Buckingham palace, and a less than five minute walk from the St. James tube stop on the green - district line. This hotel is in a wonderful location. We walk to Buckingham palace, big Ben and Parliament. Across the bridge is the London eye.
The prices were surprisingly low in comparison to hotels in zone 1. We paid 140 pounds for the night. It was a prime location...more
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This was the first of two hotels we had booked during our stay here in London

Doorman greeted us every time we came and left and never was bothered to give us directions. Walked everywhere from the hotel because it has the BEST location!
Rooms could maybe undergo...more
They say when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life - but how can you ever tire of London when there are so many beautiful and interesting places out there to discover?
Just a stone's throw away from Buckingham Palace, hidden away behind the Taj hotel, St James Court you'll find a decadent courtyard of red, gold and blue bricks and the starting place of my recent culinary adventure...more
Really pretty. Great location. And they have deals on some websites but beware - you get what you pay for.
Booked this hotel after I found a great deal on Booking.com. The location is great - near Buckingham Palace. But it's a bit of a trek (10 min) from the Victoria tube station. Lots of shopping and restaurant options to and from the station too.
The interior of the hotel was lovely....more
