How long is the average exhibition stay?
Typical length of stay is 60-90 minutes.
Is there a time limit?
There is no time limit for the exhibition; guests may stay as long as they like during the normal opening hours.
What does the exhibition include?
The exhibition includes approximately 130 objects from the tomb of King Tutankhamun, other tombs and monuments.
Is the famous death mask in the exhibition?
The death mask is not allowed to leave Egypt and therefore is not included in the exhibition.
Is Tutankhamun's mummy in the exhibition?
No - the mummy resides within Tutankhamun's tomb in the Valley of the Kings in Egypt (KV 62).
Are the objects the same as the 1970s exhibition?
Most of the 130 objects in the current exhibition have never before been seen in London and were not included in the 70s exhibition.
Is photography allowed in the exhibition?
Due to the delicate nature of the artefacts, no photography of the artefacts is allowed. Guests are allowed to take photographs outside the actual exhibition although no cameras are allowed inside.
Are food and drinks allowed?
No food or drinks are allowed inside the exhibition. The O2 has extensive dining and refreshment options for before or after your exhibition experience.
