I took the eurostar to go from Paris to London. Really liked the station and the train was nice too. Pretty quick to get from one place to the other.more

took the train from London to Paris. most reviewers stated it was 2-2.5 hrs, ours left at 8:31am, took 3.5 hrs, for some reason. we arrived in at 1pm local (and given that there was an hour difference (was noon). granted we stopped several times in the middle of the trip due to delays.

we were told to go there 30 min prior, but i feel 60 minutes is better if you don't want to feel rushed.more

Rather incompetent railway service, especially by European standards, and not honorable enough to just admit when they screwed up. They also repeatedly misdirected passengers as to the cause for the delay. Next stop on our European vacation, Paris we had an afternoon train with Eurostar.

Station is pretty nice, big spacious with plenty of food options & stores to help u kill some time.

Once our gate was announced we made our way into our seats.

Nice comfy seats, excellent wifi connection helps you past the time.

I recently had my first experience of the Eurostar and I have to say I was impressed. The whole journey was smooth and seamless and that includes the checking in process!
