Cool way to get around the Thames River. With my hop on hop off package it included one point ride for us. We took it from The Tower of London to The Houses of Parliament. It was a nice, smooth, and quick ride and it was clean with plenty of notice for our stop.more

Inside it was nice and warm; there was a...more

Fast and got views of things along the banks of the Thames. More utilitarian than I was expecting, but I didn't realize that it was used to commute to work just as much as to sightsee. More pleasant than the tube by far.

Downside is that my husband accidentally purchased round-trip instead of one-way tickets. He immediately asked for an adjustment, but the lady would not allow it. Makes zero...more
