This station is ideal for me because it's in the same building as national rail so I never have to go outside and get wet when it's raining.

I love the little history anecdotes on the wall in both northern and bakerloo line platforms. It reminds me of my history student days, especially all that medieval stuff about edward and his wife eleanor.
It's pretty easy to navigate since it's only two lines. The northern line is particularly easy because it's a loop.

I suspect there will soon be more check-ins at Charing Cross station as it is the first Underground station with wi-fi access. This busy station is located under Trafalgar Square, which is noted for its easy access to the SoHo theatre district at the National Portrait Gallery.
