I was very disappointed with the customer service. I had booked first class tickets for myself and my two kids. We took the Central line to get to the train and a train was stuck in front of us so a 46 minute journey turned into an hour and a quarter, and we missed our train by two minutes. Rode Virgin Trains East Coast from Edinburgh to London. Rode 1st class with tickets bought online. Kiosk at Waverly Station was fast and easy to use.

Train was clean and on time. Food was delicious and WIFI never failed. Conductors were respectful. Great way to travel!more

Meh. Delay from Scotland to England ... seats not the most comfortable ... slim pickings for food in "food car". Thankfully we booked the quiet coach. It was pandemonium in the other coaches, people yellin' (good naturedly but LOUD, at each other). Whoa ...

Bathrooms were clean. That was a huge bonus right there.more

Virgin train has the world's worst customer experience and customer support team, no matter for its trains or its flights.
