A pleasant enough Underground station on the Northern Line's High Barnet branch, between Archway and East Finchley, in Travelcard Zone 3. It is the last station that is actually underground on this line before it exits into the open air. Therefore, no wifi or mobile signal here.

Interesting factoid: American TV host Jerry Springer was born in this station.more

I'm afriad I can't give such a good history lesson as the previous review to mine, but I do like HIghgate station. Every morning on the way to work, it feels like a little adventure getting to the tube. There are two ways in; you can either brave the steep winding hill way (not advisable in heels!) or you can go around the corner and take the slightly less adventurous steps.
