Euston Square is one of my favorite Underground stations in London. It services the Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines which are not one of my usual lines I end up taking in London. Most of the time I'm heading north-south instead of east-west (as I live about as north in North London as you can get).

I've tried twice to get to Euston Square to see the inside and both weekends I was in the area, the station was closed for "Planned Engineering Works." It is in Travelcard Zone 1 on the Circle, Metropolitan, and Hammersmith & CIty lines (between Great Portland Street and King's Cross St. Pancras).

Warren Street station is only a block away, so if you're wanting Victoria or Northern Line...more

Smallish station compared with other local tube station. Operates the circle line, metropolitan line and hammersmith and city line, so in thoery this station should be really busy.

The station itself is kept very clean (although can be annoying when you hope that someone has left their london paper on the station for you to read) and announcements are made regularly when there are any...more
