Big but it has a lot on offer for the weary traveller, like a BodyShop and a Fat Face?!? Handy.
No bins though, which is not surprising for a busy London travel hub. But annoying when you have an apple butt in your hand. I guess all the big stations are the same in this regard.
30p to wee is right and only if they are not the new coins... two of my three 10ps worked. The guy manning the...more
Big. Ugly. Convoluted. Replaced something lovely in the 60s. You'll go here if you have to. But that's about it.

Positives:

- Fast and mostly reliable Virgin trains that speed you out of the city to the Northwest and Scotland.
Negatives:

I have been here many times when I have forgotten a card or a present or just want a late ice cream, cake or even...more
No bins, no seats, it's massive so everyone can see the departures board which is the main thing.
It has a Pret so it is pretty good. The toilets are pay and I personally think this should be illegal. Are you seriously making a decent amount of money for 20p a visit? This is the height of corporate stingyness.more
