Im sure Citylit do some courses effectively as its such a big institute, however I really disliked the foundation drama course and found it painful to complete. I found some acting techniques were taught incorrectly, for example the Meisner approach is important to teach well as it involves students disclosing very personal upsetting events in their life in order to produce strong emotional...more

I'm a big fan of City Lit. They take education really seriously with a ridiculously broad range of courses on offer and top-notch, motivated teachers. The staff are super friendly and helpful and you can pay for your course in installments if stuff's not ideal financially. The main building is modern and bright and the cafe serves pretty decent food and drinks at very reasonable prices....more

I like naked people. I like them even more when they stand still for 3 hours and let me draw them. It's some of the best fun you can have without your clothes on... So I've heard.

I'm really really enjoying my drawing classes here. i started a couple of weeks ago and I'm having a great time, throwing charcoal about and generally making a mess. Sometimes I even draw stuff on paper instead of all over me.
