  The Victorian underside of 21st century London. A walk around the darker side of what London has grown into from the 19th century. Many sights and seances and at the end of the walk get to see the only Georgian operating theatre in the world.

   

• The Famous Square Mile Walk

  This is the great classic London Walk. It explores the very heart of the City - the most historic part of the capital. Threading her way through an intricate network of narrow alleys and cobble-stone lanes, June chronicles the 2,000 years of London's rich and tumultuous history. And illustrates it by drawing upon everything from street names to ancient customs to the frozen music of London's great buildings, among which are the ruins of the Roman Temple of Mithras, the Bank of England, the Lord Mayor's Mansion House, and ancient Guildhall. (The walk includes, whenever possible, a visit inside Guildhall!).

  Down in the creepiest part of London in alleyways so narrow you can't open an umbrella in them. Hear stories and experience darker areas of older London which have age old reputations.

   

• The Hidden London

  A walk that explores parts of London that few people know exist- creeping lanes, out-of-the-way corners, secret islands of green. The guide is June- 'She's evolved a highly entertaining style of her own blend of historical commentary and bizarre anecdote laced with mildly scurrilous gossip about past and present celebrities and defunct royals' (The New York Times).
