We spent a month in this area and fell in love with LV. What an adorable, friendly place. Lots of regulars. Incredibly welcoming owner, Julia and bartender, robin. They made us feel so at home, always introducing us to regulars customers. Julia mixes a fabulous drink - be it a traditional like a manhattan or something fun and new. Nice little spot. Little is the operative word here. It's tiny. But stylishly decorated with a black and white decor. It's an interesting space for as small as it is. Unfortunately, LV Lounge closes at 23:00, so if you're going out for dinner outside Maida Vale, it's very likely that when you return home, this place will be closed. I think that's a pity, because it could perhaps be a nice place for a last stop on the way home. Anyway, one day when I was in the right mood, I...more
