A very nice grown-up pub. Huge traditionally decorated, quite grand feeling interior (dark, heavy curtains, leather sofas, big glass vase of lilies, gold framed mirrors). Large pub garden with smart outdoor furniture. Dogs allowed outside and there were some families with small children.

This would be a great summer beer garden venue. The pub itself was clean and the service was good. The meals came out reasonably quick but weren't mega raveable. My boyfriend and I both had the bacon and swiss cheese burger with handcut chips which sounded grand but was average in my opinion.more

Very solid gastropub in Barnes, with the clientele and prices to match. The food ranges from good to excellent here, depending on your choice. I'd recommend the pies in the winter.

Big old terrace and garden for the summer - not too far from the river either. An ideal spot to quench your thirst after a walk along the Thames or the Wetlands.more
