Very solid gastropub in Barnes, with the clientele and prices to match. The food ranges from good to excellent here, depending on your choice. I'd recommend the pies in the winter.
Big old terrace and garden for the summer - not too far from the river either. An ideal spot to quench your thirst after a walk along the Thames or the Wetlands.more
A very nice grown-up pub. Huge traditionally decorated, quite grand feeling interior (dark, heavy curtains, leather sofas, big glass vase of lilies, gold framed mirrors). Large pub garden with smart outdoor furniture. Dogs allowed outside and there were some families with small children.

A rather lovely Barnes pub with a very nice beer garden at the back. A good selection of beers on tap, plus a BBQ bar in the garden.

But it is a nice pub, lots of outdoor space, patio...more
Great little pub in Barnes. Our food was good, and everyone else's looked good too. Lots of room and a massive outdoor area too.
Food is cut above ordinary pub, but not quite gastro pub. Well executed.more
