This canalside restaurant is one of Shoreditch's hidden gems.
The deliciously tempting yet ethical menu features the freshest seasonal ingredients all prepared in stylish, eco-friendly surroundings.
Much of the food is organic and fair trade and the worms in the wormery eat up raw food waste.
