My friend and I stayed at this hotel as a last minute hotel during our stay in London. We had truly a terrible experience here. We had dinner at the restaurant and felt horribly ill the next morning. The food was mediocre and expensive!! The room was right about the bar and was so loud. They close the bar at midnight so we waited to sleep for when they turned off the music. The wifi then...more

BUT, the food we did get (fish cakes, Caesar salad, pan-fried prawns, padron peppers) was really...more

Well what can I say, I read the reviews and bought a zoo voucher. I couldn't wait to try the food. And!!!! Well what a let down, the starter was more smoked salmon than o have ever seen anywhere. Wrapped with cheese. However I am a little bit of a connoisseur in this area, and it was very average smoked salmon. Just goes to show that quantity doesn't really mean too much. Main was sea bass...more
