It was only after we'd walked through the door that I realised this wasn't my first visit: I'd been here on a hen do about two years before and it seems a lot of other people have the same idea. You can also eat quite well for a fiver, if you have the Feijoada, a typical Brazilian Portuguese stew...more
Got here for 6.30pm on a Saturday night just in time for happy hour which ends at 7pm. At £7 per cocktail, the 2 for 1 deal meant that each cocktail cost just £3.50. Bargain! However the drinks were crazy weak.
It was a friends birthday so we had a table reserved. I didn't have to pay a cover charge to get in but I'm not sure if that was part of the birthday package or not.
At around 9pm...more
