Busaba Eathai at Hoxton Place came highly recommended when I was visiting the Old Street area for work recently. I ate there on a Thursday night and had no wait for a seat, which was one at a table of eight.

The usual yummy squid, I got the coconut curry which had quite a few things in it I couldn't/didn't want to eat, like hard bits of lemongrass (I think) and whole green chilli, but overall I enjoyed it. Busaba Eathai at Old Street is definitely the type of place you would see next to the definition of "Hit and Miss"... Especially when it comes down to service.

Every time I have been, the food has ranged from OK to delicious, but the service has ranged from totally rude to just acceptable.
