Not crafty or ambitious enough to make your own projects?? Pop by Homemade in London. They do have some fun craft projects here: fabric wallets, knickers, fascinators... but it does come with a bit of a price tag ringing in on average around £25-30. The space itself is nice.

I like to imagine myself a crafty person. I am a musician, so it seems a natural extension of my supposedly inherent creative nature.

But let's face it, I can colour within the lines, and that pretty much sums up my artistic inclinations. I am all ideas, no follow through, and no talent with which to execute said ideas anyhow. But I still LIKE the IDEA of all things crafty.

Sorry to be going against the grain here, but I did a sewing course at Homemade London a while ago and was rather disappointed.

I'm not allowed to give Homemade London more than five stars, but if I had that option, they'd get them.

I really really like it here. Not the first (nor will it be the last) craft venue to pop up recently, but it's certainly the most swish. Nicola has tried to create a venue that's at the high-end of crafting, and she does it very well. She's inspired by Liberty, and it shows. I can only...more
