The Draft House

About

The Draft House is a small group of Public Houses which aims to do for beer what our culture has done for food and wine over the past twenty years. Namely, we take its provenance, cellaring and serving seriously. We celebrate choice and quality with an extraordinary range of strange and wonderful brews.

I found this pub quaint and charming. Its beer selection was impressive and included several I haven't seen before (that is always a treat in a local pub). The staff were friendly and personable- the burgers are very good. Overall I found it a great pub to frequent.more

Best burger I'd had in awhile, and I'd had 3 that week. I have a problem.. don't judge me.

I ordered for lunch the 'Rare Breed' meat patty thats made with 5% bone marrow with cheddar cheese and chipotle sauce and a fried egg on top. Holy mother of all things holy was this good.

I actually think I had a food-gasm when I bit into the first bite of burger. Just... so.. damn... GOOOD!!!more

We had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get the attention of anyone willing/able to get us our bill. As this location is now closer to us than our old standby, I expect we'll give it at least a few more tries....more

Not a traditional pub, more of a restaurant with a small bar with a strong beer focus at the front. However, this doesn't detract from how nice the bar area is (not been for the food yet) with lots of bar stools accommodating weary legs. Behind the bar you will find an amazing selection of draft beers - which is constantly changing and evolving. You can expect at least one American craft...more
