Whilst I found the prices of refreshments to be off the scale of shocking, I could live with that as you can choose to buy them or not.

What was much worse was that every Odeon Epsom employee I interacted with was incompetent and rude.

It's almost like they were all trained to be uniformly that way - a sort of anti-customer service pilot perhaps?

This is a decent cinema, with a good selection of the most current films and at decent times. I find it slightly expensive for the cost of tickets but more importantly the cost of foodMy partner and I went recently to see Ghost-Town and the whole thing cost nearly £40!!...That's expensive.

The cinema itself is comfortable with decent chairs and a reasonable amount of room between rows.

There was quite a good selection of food and it wasn't too expensive either. Staff were polite and smiley. We bought our tickets online so the process was very quick and we could walk straight in. Would...more
