Davy's Wine Vaults, handily situated next to Greenwich DLR & British Rail, brims with character and charm from its 19th century interiors and displays of vintage wine artefacts. A largely British menu using excellent quality, locally-sourced ingredients offers classic dishes including a traditional Sunday roast. Drawing on the enviable wine cellar of Davy's Wine Merchants next door, there are lots of great wines to try by the glass or bottle, as well as craft beers and Davy's famous Old Wallop in pewter tankards.

This place is super nice, but super expensive.
There are a few elements to Davsy: a wine shop, a wine bar, a basement cocktail bar and a restaurant.

I've never eaten here but the food looks good.
They host wine and cheese tasting nights, I haven't attended yet but it's on my list.more
No air conditioning! Will venues in London ever get that sorted?!
Davy's is good to meet someone at and then move on - quickly. The staff here are pleasant but that's still not enough to make this your go to place.more
