We had:

Char Kuey Teow : Hokkien Mee

Ice Kacang : Onde Onde

They are all nice and authentic, especially the char kuey Teow. Nice service and the crowd keeps coming in. There was even a Malaysian tour dining while we were there.more

Been here twice now and it definitely does a good job of reminding you of Singapore and Malaysia if you miss either. Is it "straight out of a hawker stall" authentic? No, but it is really, really good for being a world away in London. So yes, definitely come, and eat everything. You'll start to get a sense of why so many of us rave about the food of SE Asia.more

Food was quite good, to be honest, generous portion!

We had chow kuey diao, fish ball noodle soup, Loh mee, and oyster omelette.

All tasted quite good but obviously you can tell it was not a healthy meal (like any Oriental food, focus in flavour and heat).

The milk tea was good too :)

4 stars because the kuey diao could see more meat/seafood in it, and the Loh mee can see a little more...more

My, how Chinatown has changed in the 10 years since I've lived in London. Back then, I would've given my left arm for a tasty Singo-Malay-Indonesian spot in this area. I won't pretend I can judge Rasa's authenticity, but I will say the food is extremely well made and bursting with flavor.

Seafood lovers should dive into the Tamarind Assam Fish, as tender fish in fragrant, chile-filled sauce...more

Busy place in Chinatown with street level and basement seating. Pretty simple interior, service and food presentation, but the Nasi Lemak I had was very very close to what I had in Malaysia, so full points for authenticity. The desert (Cendol Ice, shaved ice with coconut cream, syrup, beans and jelly) was okay, but the beans were undercooked and the ice has sat too long which made the dessert...more
