The window display might be intimidating with its Dungeons & Dragons miniatures looking menacing in a "this place is only for forever-virgins" sort of way, "don't come inside unless you've got a +4 mace".

When I was younger, I played quite a few RPGs in my day, and if I still played then, this is probably where I would come to find new ones and new books for them. While I don't play them anymore, I do still like my fair share of board games, and the Orc's Nest is the location to come in London to find new and interesting ones (and their expansions). Back in the day... I used to play various RPG's (role-playing games, to those uninitiated). Whenever I would visit London as a teenager I would stop in this shop to see what the latest and greatest games were, stock up on dice, miniatures, etc. The staff was knowledgeable and fun, and the prices were fair.
