Visit the Apple Store in Covent Garden and enjoy a new kind of shopping experience.
The three-storey Covent Garden Apple Store is one of the largest in the world. It was the 300th store opened by Apple globally, and employs around 300 people.
The layout is around a spacious, central atrium with separate rooms (each with exposed brickwork, oak tables and stone floors) for iMacs, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones and iPods. Welcome services include a special Start Up Room, where you'll learn how to set up your new Apple product free of charge; a Community Room for advanced workshops; and a Genius Bar, where experts gather to answer any Apple-related problems.

Great store, big and surprisingly cosy.
Staff is nice but not very professional in my opinion, at least not about earphones which is what I was looking for... I think they should know better what they're selling in the store even of it's not an Apple product...
Overall - if you're in London, don't miss that store!more

This is the place that I go to whenever I need to buy an Apple product. But as any Apple stores, it is always crowded.
Usually the staff at these Apple stores are helpful and attentive but for some reasons, they are the opposite here.
I am an Apple fanboy, so I usually know what I want to purchase before hand so the poor service do not bother me much.more
