Franco Manca serves pizza made from slow-rising sourdough and is baked in a wood burning 'Tufae' brick oven made to Neapolitan standards. This gives a brilliant crust and pizzas are topped with quality and seasonal ingredients. The downside? It's no secret, so expect to queue.

Francos is my favourite pizza chain in London. For £4.50, you can get a massive pizza for yourself which is a price that can't be beaten in this town. They have locations all over and the staff have been great at every one I've been to. It's great for vegan options and we always order the garlic bread to go with the pizzas. Their own beer is something to be tried too!more
I often come here and the pizza didn't disappoint once. I'm italian myself so believe me I know what a real pizza should taste like and this is sooo nice! (Not the nicest but very nice) get the number 4!!more
