What can you say about a place that gives you 'inebriation sandwiches' before you order their cocktails?

A couple of first for me with this place, 1. you have to book online to get a table but you are only drinking! 2. The drinks are some outrageous cocktail concoctions. and did I mention no food, well apart form the cucumber sandwich which greeted us before our first drinks.

Walked past this on many occasions and checked out what it was about on Yelp so was excited about coming here.
Booked easily on line. Don't get confused by this, you are not booking dinner but just a table in this wonderful establishment. We came here on a Wednesday evening so it was relatively quiet although a fair number of people were coming as we left.

Our group reservation made several weeks in advance mysteriously disappeared when the party arrived on the day of. We were told by the staff in an arrogant tone that it was our fault and we had made the reservation wrong.
