Beyond Retro Soho

Beyond Retro offers the leading selection of handpicked vintage clothing to style conscious shoppers. The brand is a trailblazer, selling 20th-century fashion in all its outrageous and exotic glory.

Tucked between Carnaby Street and the notorious back streets of Soho is Beyond Retro's West End branch. The store in Soho has been the ultimate vintage shopping destination in Central London for more than five years.

True to the area's flamboyant style and seedy streets, Beyond Retro Soho embodies the nature of Soho. The shop has a certain d├ęcor that Hugh Hefner would be proud to call his home. Rich colours flowing through the store, a striking neon pink entrance that will do more than just catch your eye and details like the giant mirror ball will invite you to step into our luxurious disco lair.

Disclaimer: I used to own a vintage shop so when I go to others I'm really hard to impress, especially as we probably shared suppliers and I know how ridiculous cheap vintage is to buy in, but I still love to hunt for a cool retro find and I know what I'm talking about.

A few years ago when I first moved to London, I would've probably given Beyond Retro 4 stars but now think it's got a bit too popular as everyone seems to have jumped on the vintage bandwagon of late which has pushed prices up and it is noticeable in here.

Great vintage shop and very convenient location... I specially like their accessories section, specially hats and bags.

Finding some gems or lots of rubbish is a matter of luck, but thats usually related to all the cheap second hand shops.

If you are a vintage fan, its well worth a visit when you are around Carnaby St areamore

I have to say, I was expecting something quite different. And by 'quite different', I mean all the same pieces of trendy vintage clothes at...more

I'm a big fan of Beyond Retro's Shoreditch outpost so always take a peek in the West End store when I'm on nearby Carnaby Street. Similarly large with a good selection of vintage dating from the twenties to the eighties, Beyond Retro is a great vintage shop which is especially good for high-end vintage dresses and the like.

Being a bit of a vintage snob I love Beyond Retro's racks of older...more
