Go here for the baklava!

The rest of the shop is packed with good ingredients...but to be honest most of the times I have found myself here is because I (or my husband) had a baklava craving. Their pastries are just sooo good!

They have all sorts of shapes, with all sorts of nuts. Just don't buy too many as they are best eaten while they are still fresh. We've tried buying a large tray full,...more

Yum! Stopping into Phoenicia, I called my partner right after to ask him why we didn't live closer to Kentish Town. I stopped here on a complete whim, thinking of picking up a couple of things to eat later in the day and was so pleased - at both the prices and the fare. Great place. Wonderful food to take out AND

as I discovered today, great middle Eastern

food to eat in too. I had a large plate of spicy

chicken,a sausage & gorgeous mixed salad all

for £4-00.Delicious. I agree the food in the supermarket

section is expensive but its fresh & such good quality

its worth paying a bit more ; even for their lovely pitta.
