The Lost Angel
Overview
Created by the team behind the award-winning Lost Society, the Lost Angel has brought some much-needed glamour to Battersea Park Road. It’s a tribute to the traditional British boozer with quirky décor and an eclectic playlist adding a contemporary twist. The bar attracts a stylish South London crowd with its excellent cocktails, fine wines and real ales; while the garden is a big hit in the summer months. At lunchtime, the restaurant serves up classics like steak and chips, plaice goujons and homemade burgers to a laid-back local crowd. In the evening, the venue is transformed into a decadent dining destination for friends, colleagues and couples with Head Chef Leo offering dishes like roast belly of pork and seared scallops.

This is one of the few places that I've been where when you look around, people were having a genuinely good time. This may become my official spot from now on. This was a case study in drunken awesome. I didn't even know that this many people existed South of the river, but hundreds managed to cram into this eclectic little cocktail bar/gastropubtastic venue. ...And get reeeeeeeeeally drunk off of some of the Capital's best cocktails.
Stemming off of Lost Society fame, the Lost Angel did not disappoint. It helped that there was really incredible...more
This place is amazing. The decoration, the atmosphere, the venue...
Usually I prefer sitting in gardens but for this restaurant I can't decide. I like the vintage style of everything - paintings, colours and even furniture.
What I don't like is how crowded could be sometimes - you can hardly find a table. But there's a reason for this. Not only the place is nice but food is even better....more
