Overview

LayaLina is a Lebanese restaurant based in well heeled Knightsbridge in the centre of London, delivering fresh, made to order dishes with a fine-dining flair while holding on to traditional Eastern values. The celebrated Layalina effortlessly combines old and new, its surroundings sleek and modern, its service impeccable yet friendly and its music policy blending contemporary Western pop, R’n’B and jazz with authentic Arabic sounds old and new, creating a multicultural feel very much suited to the restaurant’s fashionable urban crowd. With a confident and talented chef at the helm out in the kitchen, LayaLina’s food is consistently excellent with mezzes and a la carte dishes available, all infused with the traditional flavours of the Lebanon.

I have been here twice already and the food has been excellent. Highly recommended for both romantic dinners, and larger groups (they have two areas).

The design is very modern and slick, typical for the Knightsbridge area. Nothing bad to say, except that it's pretty pricy.

All in all, a vegetarian-friendly selection of healthy Mediterranean foods.more
