Being in the hospitality industry, I can definitely say that Gaucho really goes above and beyond many other restaurants in order to ensure quality of service and that all waiters are completely informed of the menu. I've been here four times now, and had a great meal every time.

There's a lot of snarkiness about Gaucho, since it's been popular for a long time - and many other steak places in London have cropped up with fantastic meats and perhaps a fresher outlook.

The location is generally just a nice side-effect if you're meeting up with people you haven't seen in a while. But I mean, wow, the Gaucho made the vegetarian in me want some serious steak. The interior design is great. The customer services were excellent too. I can't doubt that. They explained different kind of steaks available, which were shown on a board. I think that is a brilliant idea, especially when majority of us were not sure what the differences.
