in long: came here to finally have some gluten free pizza in London. Dont do it. It says on website and menu that all pizzas are available glutenfree.

VERY TERRIBLE experience. I've been being ignoring for over 20 mins. no one comes. I shake hand to waiters and the yong lady just pass by me. I have to go to find her and be treated RUDELY. never seen such RUDE waiters befor. defintly not come anymore. If you want to see what is real rude, come here they wont let you down.more

This place has the worst web site ever, which starts a miserable customer experience. The web site completely blocks you from actually talking to anybody at the restaurant. So we ordered online, which required an account setup -- so now they have all my info -- and then after this laborious experience we placed an order. Credit card was declined. Tried twice again. Pizza Express is kind of the British equivalent of an Applebees or Chili's type place yet with a very different vibe and much simpler and nicer decor.
