One of my favorite women's clothing and home store from the states. Sadly, the closest one to Amsterdam is in London. I love just about everything about this place. Creative merchandising and visuals that tell a story (little vignettes that are to live for). If you're into the modern look then this place is not for you. It's more retro/vintage with a touch of classics.

You want HOW much for that skirt? Really? I don't think anyone will pay ... ah ... that is my housemate at the till. I better speak to her.

this sums it up for me. I like their stuff, but it;s not my price range. My housemates loves it and I basically go there to get vouchers for her and watch her shopping. I like going though the shop as they have this amazing living wall and they provided...more

I am neither a lover or hater when it comes to Anthropologie. Having never been interested in their clothes I cannot judge that end of their business. Now their home section is pretty good on the other hand.

Littered with knick-knacks and interesting statement pieces, their home items (glassware, bedding, books, door knockers, etc) are the types of items you might expect to find in a charity...more

It's been open for barely a month and already fast becoming my favorite store. I've raved about it with the american yelpers who obviously knows all about the magic of anthropologie and were either like "yeah, whatever, it's from the US" or "I know, soooo exciting!"
