This place is such a find. I've been searching for a guilt-free dessert fix and this definitely hits the spot. Good price, tasty and you feel good after. Always so fun choosing the various toppings and for students you can enjoy discount too as my younger sister tells me. Can't wait until my next yog!more

My story begins on a cold night (last night). I really wanted to try yog. My desire was strong and I went and got a coconut yog with strawberries. And it was delicious. My friends thought I was crazy with my frozen dessert, walking down cold cold goodge street at 9pm in October but I had no regrets.

Decent, but not great.

I've tried the chocolate, pomegranate, and natural flavours. The chocolate is a very dark, bitter chocolate. As a friend said, "Cadbury's Milk, this isn't."

So Yog means Yogurt (or Yoghurt if you're British), and that's exactly what you get here: Frozen Yogurt. As frozen yogurt goes, it's decent. They usually have a pomegranate flavor which they seem to go on about (although I preferred the mango). The chocolate flavor was super dark and bitter, but the other half seemed to like it.

I missed the "I love Yog" free sample day as I was still on holiday but today, I took the opportunity to wander up Charlotte St to see if I could finally find my defining London fro-yo moment
