Some of the most terrible service I've ever received at a bar. For a bar that boasts "craft beer", they have an unbelievably mediocre selection. The bartender couldn't bother to smile or offer to be of any service. There was one IPA on draft but the bartender said tastings were not allowed. I asked again because I thought that I heard wrong. Awesome pub a couple of blocks from our hotel (we stayed at the Hilton London Hyde Park). Good service and relatively busy for a Wednesday evening! Note, their kitchen closes at 10pm though!more

Decent food but the service is so bad as to actually be laughable. I'm sitting at a table with half a plate of cold food as the person I'm dining with hasn't gotten hers yet. Apparently the oven is broken, which no one bothered to tell us after we waited over half an hour for the food to come out. Just had a great salad at baywaterarms. Looked in the menu and it suggested to pair it with the ReKorderlig Cider. Perfect pair.
