The Wilmington is a listed 19th Century public house conveniently positioned across from the foodie destination Exmouth Market. Following a recent refurbishment, the Wilmington has reopened it's doors as a stylish gastro pub.

The food yesterday night was super good. We had the ribs and others the RIB eye ! We had a very good time in this very nice pub. In dessert we strongly recommend the chocolate cake!!!more
Such a nice pub and restaurant! I've been living very close to it for almost 2 years now but went for the first time only very recently.
The restaurant part is not massive but still separated from the pub area so you don't feel in the middle of the pub and the staff is nice and welcoming, our waitress was really friendly and helpful to recommend dishes or explain more about them.
Nice mix between pub in one side and restaurant in the other! Quite lively and young atmosphere. Nice setting. Waiters very attentive and friendly!
Food was also great! Try the croquette roulette! We then had the open ravioli, cheek & bun and burger. All were tasty and great! Deserts were also obscenously great!
I think I've come to a point with pubs and England where I believe a pub is a pub is a pub. When you break down a pub's offering, it seems all pubs offer the same things - crappy lagers, warm ales, a few wines, and maybe a couple of slightly complex cocktails (mojitos, cosmopolitans, etc.).
